News Headlines Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati celebrates 'official grand opening' Octo. However, the state-licensed Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is a property of the Seminole Indian Tribe of Florida. There are no Indian gaming casinos in the state of Ohio. This includes four stand-alone casinos - the Horseshoe Casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati and the Hollywood Casinos in Columbus and Toledo - and seven racetracks with casino gaming called 'racinos'.
